Joint Cluster Time: Kingdom Measure
Dear friends,
We are excited to invite you as a leader from either the Freedom Hill or Acts Life cluster, to a joint Cluster Time in the United Kingdom taking place on the week of October 6-8, 2022. Our two clusters, being part of the COTN family, will gather together for a wonderful time of impartation and connection called ‘Kingdom Measure’.
We are truly expecting the Holy Spirit to meet with us in an extra ordinary way as we seek the Lord’s face and explore His ‘Kingdom Measure’. We believe this will also be a significant and precious opportunity to discover, strengthen and foster relationships and make new friends across the broader COTN family. This will help us to unite and build together as we advance His Kingdom.
This promises to be a wonderful and strategic time together and we look forward to seeing you there. So…don’t miss out.
With much love and every blessing,
David and Carol, Louis and Edna.

Reconnect 7-9 October 2021
Dear Acts Life Leaders,
Discovering Your Range
You will be receiving this letter because you carry a position of responsibility in one of our Acts Life churches.
As we sat as a Cluster leadership at the end of last year, we pondered what the LORD might begin to speak to us on the threshold of not only a new year but a new decade as well. We felt strongly that we needed to discover the fullness of our RANGE of effectiveness. (Phil 1:6)
In that spirit we are excited to share of our upcoming Cluster time, May 1-3 in the UK. The theme will be ‘Discovering Your Range’.
With this in mind, we are wanting to shine the light on two specific areas: Firstly, helping your church discover their range, and in this regard it is essential that you have your full Eldership/Core Team attend.
The second is that we are wanting to explore the role of Millennials in church life. We plan to explore this subject in a ‘round table’ discussion with the Millennials themselves. It should be very informative and fascinating, but will require you to bring the folk in this age group from your church along. (Millennials are those born between 1981 and 1996).
We are truly expecting the Holy Spirit to meet with us in an extra ordinary way as we seek the LORD’s face to ‘discover our range’. It will also be an opportunity to discover and strengthen relationships and make new friends across the broader Acts Life family.
It promises to be a wonderful time and we look forward to seeing you there. So… don’t miss out.
Every Blessing,
Dave and Carol
Changing Spectacles
Its amazing how time flies. We are already well into the second half of 2019 and it feels like ages since we had our Senior Leaders Connect weekend at the end of February. The Sending in J'Bay, which seemed afar off, too has come and gone, and we still hear wonderful reports every day.
There is so much happening globally at this time. We have just returned from the World Mission Centre Conference in Pretoria where we heard the most amazing testimonies of the Kingdom advancing. Carol and I too, are expectant as we are on the eve of our commencement of Walking the Way (WTW) journey, which we hope you will all be part of in some way.
We are trusting to finish WTW at the end of September and will then go into our Acts Life Cluster time in Sevenoaks, Kent on October 4 -5.
By now you will have received a 'save the date' note, so this serves as an official invitation to you and to give you a little more information.
As you will have gathered from the banner above that our theme will be 'CHANGING SPECTACLES' - a fresh look at a Biblical World View. It is so important that we get this thinking clear, in a day where perceptions and norms are perpetually changing. We will be privileged to have John Scholtz and his wife Jayne, a member of the AC joining us. John carries an unique mantle in bringing this subject to life.
Our Acts Life times are always a special time, and this promises to be no exception. See you soon on "Walking the Way"
Blessings.
Dave and Carol
Show Me the Way
In the book of Acts we see instances where the Apostles Paul and Barnabas collaborated on certain ministry endeavours along with their respective teams in order to further advance the Kingdom.
In that same spirit we are excited to invite you to a joint Cluster Time in the United Kingdom taking place on the weekend of October 12-14 2018. Our two Clusters, being part of the COTN family will gather together for a wonderful time of impartation and connection called ‘SHOW ME THE WAY’.
We have managed to find an outstanding venue just on the outskirts of Windsor, at the De Vere, Beaumont Estate. The Estate is located in a beautiful setting and is very elegantly appointed, with lovely conference, accommodation and dining facilities along with generously laid coffee and refreshment stations, which will be open to us most of the time. The venue also boasts stunning grounds, a gym and swimming pool.
We are truly expecting the Holy Spirit to meet with us in an extra ordinary way as we seek the Lord’s face to ‘Show us the Way’.
We believe this will also be a significant and precious opportunity to discover, strengthen and foster relationships and make new friends across the broader COTN family so that we can unite and build together as we advance His Kingdom.
We are somewhat limited in the spaces we have been able to reserve, and have already made a substantial and worthwhile financial commitment in securing the venue, so we would appreciate your quick and early commitment, both in reservation and payment.
This promises to be a wonderful and strategic time together and we look forward to seeing you there. So…don’t miss out.
With much love and every blessing,
Dave & Carol, Louis & Edna
